🌱💬 "So, already in these bins here, the fermenting has already begun on site. We then take it to our farm, which is only 17km away, not 300km away, and it processes for another three weeks, and then everything in that bin is fully fermented.

So, that means it's not rotting, and the fermentation also makes the PH very acidic, so any kind of pathogens from your chickens or your fish or your meat have already been killed off." (...)

"We've got all kinds of businesses, so we've got restaurants, we've got offices, even some industrial places like window manufacturer Altherm and Clelands Construction. It's a really cool mix, actually."

Get in touch if you want to join the Green Loop! 🏔 (You can DM us here.)

Green Loop is collecting about 1000kg of food waste every week.
