Do you feel like nobody understands you, your situation and what you have or may be experiencing? We are creating a peer support group to connect young people who experience depression and anxiety with others in the same position. Facilitated by two young women who are willing to provide a safe place for discussion, and to share their own experiences of depression and anxiety, we welcome those bet

ween the ages of 16-24 years who are or have been affected by depression and anxiety. It is not the intention of the group to replace professional therapy. We aim to spend one hour on a Wednesday evening, every week at the Starfish premises in New Plymouth. We welcome you to bring a support person if you would like. We understand how hard it can be to put yourself in an unfamiliar environment. We would love to meet you! :)
