💭 Age is one of those things we can’t control… but what we can control is our attitude towards it.

Paul Rangiwahia is back as MC for Age Is Just A Number 2026 — and he’s looking forward to another day of conversations, reflection, learning and a few laughs along the way.

Because this forum isn’t just about getting older.
It’s about asking ourselves:

✨ What am I already doing really well?
✨ What could I learn or look at differently?
✨ What opportunities are there to contribute to my own wellbeing?
✨ And how can I contribute to the people and community around me?

Age Is Just A Number is an opportunity to learn something new, reflect on where you are now and leave with ideas you can actually take into your life.

As Paul says — we can’t control the number, but we can have a say in how we approach it.

📅 Thursday 1 October
📍 The Devon Hotel, New Plymouth
🎟️ Only a few tickets remain!

Ticket sales close Thursday 24 September, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time to secure your place.
