100kms for tradies mental health done and dusted, a massive thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey and donated to our outstanding charity’s to support the lads and ladies behind the tools, donations will remain open until the end of May so please donate every single dollar counts!

As you know I am running 100kms to support two awesome local charities one of which is Mates4Life.
Mates 4 life isn’t just a charity they are a community, a family and a voice for those who feel they don’t have one.
The team at mate’s take pride in making sure our community is safe and has the tools we need to protect ourselves and others, they offer a FREE su***de prevention programme for workplaces, this is a great way for people to understand how to help people in our communities and keep us all safe, these guys really are going above and beyond in so many ways, so take the time to go check them out and hear it first hand how incredible this charity is!

Well it had to happen at some point… tonight I had netball training after getting in a quick wee run, and unfortunately during a drill landed a bit funny and rolled my ankle, RICE was used and she’s feeling alot better, just a sprain and I’ll be back on the grind tomorrow (within reason)
