BRAVO to all the Cubs who competed today in the Scouts Waiapu Zone - Hawke's Bay/Gisborne Masterchef!!
..and Congratulations to Westshore Sea Scouts who took home the trophy (YAY!!!) in a close fought battle with St Augustines Scouts Group Napier, Greendale/Tamatea Scout Group, Waipukurau Scout Group and Rata Olsen!!

A VERY special thank you to all the Leaders, Judges and our hosts Greendale Tamatea Scout Group - who made this possible for our young people...we are VERY grateful!!🌟

Our WSS CUBS enjoyed a fascinating evening last night visiting our neighbours the Coast Guard - Thank you Coastguard Hawke's Bay for your wonderful hospitality!!

We look forward to visiting again when 'CK' (Celia Knowles Rescue) is back on the water😀

A large contingent of Keas, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Leaders and Parents from Westshore Sea Scouts had the privilege today of volunteering at the Special Childrens Extravaganzas - Pettigrew Green Arena.
This event is made possible by the generosity of many wonderful Hawkes Bay businesses – and we were thrilled to be a part of it again this year.
THANK YOU to all involved!! BRAVO!!

This year is the twenty year Anniversary of the Ramp Survey initiated by Colin Murray. LegaSea HB would like to acknowledge the Westshore Sea Scouts, The Marine Research Foundation and all those boaties who responded to this. Over 1000 results this year.

Over the summer months Westshore Sea Scouts had the great privilege of working with LegaSea Hawkes Bay doing the fishing surveys on competition days. It was a wonderful experience and we met many amazing people!!

Tonight Dave presented us with a very generous cheque. This will help us with our fundraising for National Jamboree.

Thank you LegaSea Hawkes Bay!! We are very grateful - and look forward to working with you again next season🐟

Like most Scout groups throughout New Zealand..our Sea Scouts have been VERY busy fundraising for National Jamboree in December😁 ...
..and we are extremely grateful to our Scouting families and our wonderful community for the ongoing support of our efforts😊
