It was a great privilege to meet the Philippine Ambassador to New Zealand, Her Excellency Kira Christianne D. Azucena.

Our MP Elect for New Lynn, Paulo Garcia, hosted Her Excellency at Parliament today.

We have over 70,000 Filipinos in New Zealand, and many of them live in provincial New Zealand, hence you’re seeing the MP Elect for Napier, Northland, East Coast, Wairarapa, and Rangitata in the photo.
