YIP is an innovative leadership development programme which uses sport as a catalyst to improve the social wellbeing of low-income, at-risk males between the ages of 10 and 14 years old. Participants develop a respect for institutions, and learn to be part of something bigger than themselves, creating a ripple effect of positive change within their wider community.
