Tauranga's Christmas in the Park

Tauranga's Christmas in the Park Tauranga’s Christmas in the Park is an annual community focussed Christmas fundraising event. Saturday 5th December 2026
Soper Reserve
10am-4pm

Our aim is to create a great opportunity for the community to come together before Christmas and enjoy a full day of entertainment. We want to encourage community spirit and ‘giving back’ so enable us to support local charities and communities group who are working with families and children. For a gold coin entry you will get to enjoy a pre-Christmas event filled with live music, performances, arts, craft and artisan food/drink. Over the past two years alone, the event has raised over $50,000 for charity and we have seen thousands of nonperishable food items and Christmas presents donated to local charities. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Christmas is a time for community.

Tauranga's Christmas in the Park was created to give Tauranga a chance to come together before Christmas, enjoy a free day of entertainment and, most importantly, give back.

Through a gold coin entry or non-perishable food or wrapped gift donation, we're helping support local charities and community groups working with local families and children.

Because Christmas is better when we look out for each other.
