This week at our Garden.
Sent boxes of harvest to Tauranga Foodbank.
Dug up all the plants 🪏 & transplanted to make room for a new shed, again (What a waste of energy and time)🙄
Planting, mowing, composting & all other necessary things were done.
Very nice space for harvest boxes was built by our talented guys👏

Digging all day 🪏 Made 3 new-old beds from scratch that we took out 4 months ago. We have been waiting and waiting but nothing is happening to that space & we ran out of beds so we revived these old beds. Also a part of new cobbled areas is nicely done. Things that we wanted to do was finished by 7 of us after working overtime. Well done to us💪

My fellow volunteer & I grow 2/3 of seedlings from seeds. Every month we sow, prick out and look after them at home until ready to be planted in the garden beds. We don’t have a flash greenhouse but they grow happily all year around in Daltons Garden & Landscape Supplies’ Seed Raising Mix.
