🩷 Pink Shirt Day Aotearoa 🩷

Today is a reminder that we all have a part to play in creating a kinder, more inclusive community, where bullying has no place.

Each of us has the power to create change. One kind word, one supportive action, one moment at a time. Because together, small ripples become powerful tides.

Be kind. Be brave. Be the reason someone feels seen and supported today.

In the lead up to Pink Shirt Day, it’s a good reminder that change starts with all of us—everyday, in our own community.

Sometimes it’s just about showing up, checking in on someone, taking a moment to really listen, or letting someone know they’re not alone.

At Starfish Health & Wellbeing Centre, we see how much those small moments matter. They help people feel heard, supported, and a bit more connected.

That’s how stronger communities are built—one person at a time, looking out for each other.
