Kia ora,

You may have seen the Public Notice recently in Scene advertising our AGM & Special Resolution. This is being held on Thursday 26th February, 6pm at LJ Ho**er Matamata.

A this meeting we will be adopting the new constitution. It has been a rather robust process updating our constitution to align with the new Incorporated Societies Act (2022). We have been lucky that we engaged the free advice and service of Sarah Gibb from Community Waikato who has ensured we have ticked all the right boxes!

Be lovely to have you come along to the AGM if you can make it 🌸🌸

Have you seen our festival in the events section of this months Kiwi Gardener? Be sure to check out all the amazing floral and garden events coming up! 🌿🌻📆

Our October issue is out now – and the spring festival season is on the horizon! You can read all about the events coming up this spring in our festival season preview, which covers garden festivals all over the country. We also share advice on growing tempting edible crops (including our cover star, the versatile tomato), and we recommend multiple ways to entice birds and pollinating insects into the garden. And if you are missing the early spring cherry blossom, we have some alternative blossom bling for your consideration, plus 10 flowers you can sow from seed. Happy growing!
