Part-Time Accounts Administrator – Redhills Community Kindergarten
Location: Don Buck Road, Massey
Hours: 1 day per week 8.30am-4pm
Redhills Community Kindergarten is seeking a experienced Accounts Administrator to support our financial operations. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and finance, with minimal hours during school holidays who enjoys working in a community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform bank reconciliations using Xero
• Manage accounts payable and liaise with suppliers on invoices and payment terms
• Assist in budget setting and financial planning
• Prepare end-of-year financial reports for the accountant
• Process and file GST and PAYE returns
• Process and pay fortnightly wages
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and archiving
• Collaborate with the Kindergarten Manager on financial matters
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in accounts and finance
• Proficiency in Xero
• Strong Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
