POSTPONED TO WEDNEDSDAY !!

Due to the recent heavy rain, accessing Woodleigh Garden has become difficult, impacting car entry and parking. To ensure a smoother experience for everyone, we have decided to postpone the event until conditions improve.

Woodleigh Garden will be open for a special viewing of its beautiful bearded irises on Wednesday, 6th November, as part of a fundraiser to support our Youth programs. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the stunning garden, spend time with friends and family, and contribute to a great cause.

Rotary has several programmes that support and encourage local youth in leadership, science, and personal development. Half of the proceeds will go to this cause.
*This year will also help fund singer Cecily Shaw as she completes a Master’s in opera at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.

Woodleigh has been the Vickers family home for 50 years. It displays their lifetime of gardening, particularly their collection of Bearded Iris. The garden surrounds a Chapman Taylor home built in 1911 in the design style of the Arts and Crafts movement.

Join us this Sunday at 1:30 PM at Te Matapihi in Bulls for a special movie afternoon just for you! We’ve arranged transport at 1pm from the Friendship Hall to make it easy for everyone to attend, and we’ll be serving a delightful afternoon tea.

Best of all, there’s no cost to join—just come along and enjoy the afternoon with us! 🎥🍰

Please RSVP so we can finalize the numbers for transport and afternoon tea.

The Rotary Club of Ballymena proudly celebrated its 80th anniversary with the induction of a local Hollywood star! 🌟

Liam Neeson, star of films such as 'Taken', 'Schindler's List' and 'Batman Begins', received an honorary membership from the County Antrim-based club and sent a video message from his home in New York commending the dedication of the club's members ❤️

🎄🎅 Join us in spreading the holiday cheer! The Rotary Club of Marton had a fantastic day cutting Christmas trees with a wonderful turnout of members and friends, making the workload a breeze. Tomorrow, come visit us in Marton and Palmerston North to purchase your perfect Christmas tree! 🎄🌟
