Greetings to one and all joining this campaign of a new initiative of Welfare based TV Broadcasting.

I believe we have the ability to exact a powerful model of broadcasting in terms of meeting the needs and wants of society who by the powers that be remain in serious if not critical welfare situations.

In 1998 I begin this journey by registering name approval for the Universal Standard Times Millinium Broadcasting Office.

It was an attempt to provide Live Non-Stop World News and a Relief Campaign for Emergency Services.

It stems from the ability of various public services to provide for the losses of properties where based on the situation people and or companies were unwritten against losses or damages.
