Recovery College We provide peer-led education on recovery from emotional distress or harm from alcohol or other drug use for anyone who lives or works in Counties Manukau.

People with lived experience, whanau & health professionals co-design & co-present workshops. Recovery College is an initiative begun by the Counties Manukau AOD Provider Collaborative in 2015, and now operates in partnership with DRIVE Consumer Direction. Recovery College provides peer-led education on recovery from addiction and/ or mental health issues for anyone in the Counties Manukau commun

Join us as we develop strategies to move through it with more steadiness, confidence, and support. 🧰

Facilitated by Edith, we’ll explore simple ways we can handle holiday season parties, family gatherings, and the other challenges that come up.

We’ll also use Te Whare Tapa Wha to check in with our wellbeing and build a plan that actually supports us through the season. 🌿
