Lions Club of Lower Hutt - Host Inc & Charitable Trust The Lions Club of Lower Hutt (Host) was chartered in 1961, and was the first Lions club in the Hutt Valley (hence Host). Lions Club of Lower Hutt (Host) Inc.

now have EFTPOS available at both the TRAIN and the MINI GOLF. Train rides $2 per person. Under 2's free. Mini golf game $3 per person. Open weekends 1-4pm weather permitting. Also school holidays and public holidays (excluding Christmas day and Good Friday)

Our membership currently sits at 26. We normally have a business meeting on the first Tue

sday of the month, and on the third Tuesday, we usually have an interesting guest speaker. At every meeting we have a meal and operate a bar. Almost all of our meetings are over by 9PM. Our Mission is To Serve The Community. To do this the Club provides financial support or people power. Members run the train and golf at Avalon Park. The income money from these is used to support people and charities. Members do maintenance on the train and golf. We also support some charities by taking part in their fund raising days. Each green cost $2,000 plus gst to replace and we are replacing ALL 18 - exciting right? One of the benefits of sponsoring a green is your company/logo will be displayed on the score card stand for the life of the green.

Great news the tree that came down in the storm last Monday was removed today.

The track has been inspected and we have been given the OK to open.

The Lions Train and Golf at Avalon Park will be open this weekend from 1 to 4pm weather dependant of course. We cannot wait to see you there.

The Lions golf at Avalon Park is closed today to a member being sick and no one being able to cover. To stop this happening we need more members to help with running the train and the golf. If you are interested please message the page. We need you!

The Lions Train at Avalon Park is unfortunately not running until further notice due to a tree falling on the track during the storm on Monday. Once it is back up and running we will let you know.

Mini Golf is open this weekend from 1 to 4pm and is $4 per game. We also have icecreams and drinks for sale. You can pay by cash or eftpos no pay wave so bring your card. We cannot wait to see you there.
