Kia ora brothers and sisters, welcome to the Clear Lower Deck RNZN page.
My name is Michael ‘Hooky’ Walker MNZM, RNZN. I served from 1990 - 2001. I was a stoker/ships diver/laundryman and general ratbag and along with my Jo, we are pleased to represent the RNZN contingent of SSAANZ.
My Jo is 100% civilian, 100% amazing and 100% supportive 24/7, these credentials will see her undertake the Clear Lower Deck administrative functions and her efforts will be key to Clear Lower Deck becoming a success.
SSAANZ and Clear Lower Deck aim to reunite RNZN veterans and currently serving personnel through organised outdoor activities. We aim to involve family and whanau in as many activities as we can.
