A Good Fleet turned out on Sunday despite the weather and it been a long weekend. Great to see Glen back at the front well done. Next sailing Sunday 1pm at the Lake.

Was a fun day of racing at the Lake Yesterday with hopes of some fresh breeze but unfortunately sheltered by the trees we ended up on A rig in some shift conditions. Well done to Erle Taking out top spot with Colin in 2nd and Blair in 3rd sailing his newly refurbished TS2 . Next sailing Easter Sunday at 1pm.

Great turn out for the Club Open day in the weekend. This weekend coming normal club racing at 1pm and we also have a few away at the North Island Champs in Auckland so goo luck to those attending.

We had 5 KRYC members head to Kai Iwi lakes over the weekend for the regatta there hosted by North Shore was a great event beautiful sailing in a great setting. Results below well done to Erle taking out 2nd in Gold fleet Roddy 3rd and Blair 6th. Next stop.is North Island Champs at Wattle in a couple of weeks so get your entry in.

Sorry we haven't posted in a while. First off congrats to Neil our new Commodore and thanks to Doug for all the work he has done during his 8yrs heading the club.

After our special meeting to appoint our new Commodore it was decided that sailing will be every Sunday at 1pm rather than alternate weekends so there will be sailing rain, hail or shine each Sunday 1pm at the lake.

There will be a new series calendar forth coming also.

Congratulations to our very own Roddy Booth for winning the Murray Rowntree Regatta at Kapiti in the weekend. The club was well presented with Erle and Colin also making the trip down.
