I wish to confirm that months prior to our beloved Wharetatao passing, her seal was stolen and the person who took it, refused to return it.

As a result, Wharetatao herself issued in writing a New Seal, and she herself, issued Notices to all appropriate parties, including but not limited to, the NZ Parliament and its body corporate - to ensure the correct seal was attached to this important work.

Furthermore, documentation between the parties have acknowledged the deed and notices changing the seal at the hand of Wharetatao herself.

Any other seal is fraudulent and is not endorsed by TWONMA. To clarify we have attached the seal in which all instruments are embossed with, as follows:

I have included photographic evidence to support the changed seal and embossing under the endorsement and action of much loved Wharetatao. Our Wharetatao insisted that every person stood with her who undertook the personal appointment by her with their seal and oath in hand as she was very aware that there would be those out to conspire to commit fraud against her after her death. It saddens me that our people behave in a manner that the word of someone so respected be ignored and abused AFTER he passing.

We hope this provides clarification. These records confirming this are held by those Wharetatao appointed under witnessed and sworn oath to be kaitiaki of the taonga, until their last breathe.
