On Saturday 13th September the MenzShed Katikati are joining the National MenzShed organisation to promote the MenzShed philosophy of men working shoulder to shoulder and being aware of men’s health and wellbeing. We are opening the shed to visitors who may wish to come and see what is offered.
The Katikati MenzShed also supports the local community by holding a “open” afternoon every Saturday afternoon where women and youths are also welcome to come and learn to use tools and machines for personal projects. On the 13th we will also have items for sale so maybe a great chance to purchase those Christmas presents.
