Great mahi Southland Student Volunteer Army 💙

Last night, former SBHS Student Volunteer Army Ambassador Jacob Wilkinson-Hall, alongside volunteers Gabriel Garcia and Addy Forrester, had the opportunity to speak at Rotary EAST Invercargill .

We shared the impact the Student Volunteer Army is making across New Zealand and right here in Southland — and how young people are stepping up to support their communities.

A big thank you to Rotary East Invercargill for having us!

Each year, our club proudly sponsors a select group of students from JHSS Campus to attend the Rotary Science and Technology Forum in Auckland.

After the forum, these inspiring young people join us to share their experiences — and for many, it’s truly life-changing.

If you’re interested in becoming a member, making a meaningful difference in our local community, and connecting with like-minded business professionals, we’d love to hear from you.
