We encourage stall holders to promote their own businesses! Youβre welcome to share promotional posts on our main market page β all posts will be reviewed and approved by an admin.

STALL BOOKINGS
A post will be made by the Market Manager every Sunday evening or Monday morning to collect bookings for the upcoming market.
Please comment on that post by 12:30pm every Thursday to confirm your attendance.
The site map (showing stall placements and market location β inside or outside) will be posted on Friday evenings. Please check it carefully.
π° STALL PAYMENTS
Cash Payments: Can be made on-site on the day of the market.
Online Banking: Must be paid by Thursday before the market.

Reference: Use your full name or business name (as written in your registration form)
After payment, please email a screenshot to: [email protected] for confirmation.
π GENERAL INFORMATION FOR STALL HOLDERS
Market Hours: 9:30am β 2:00pm
Arrival Time: From 8:30am on market day. Please be fully set up by 9:15am.
No early pack-down: If sold out before 2:00pm, please place a "Sold Out" sign at your stall.
Rubbish: All stallholders must take their rubbish away. Do not use bins provided for customers.
π STALLHOLDER PARKING
Enter through the main gate with your hazard lights on (keep them on while unloading).
Once unloaded, immediately move your vehicle to the designated stallholder parking area.
β οΈ HEALTH & SAFETY
If you have questions, please speak with the Site Manager on the day.
All stallholders must comply with the following safety rules:
All electrical appliances must be certified and tagged by a registered electrician.
Deep fryer users must have a fire blanket at their stall.
Extension cords must be clearly named (especially important for outdoor use).
Gazebos must be secured with weights. No weights = no stall (even in good weather).
