An individual's capacity for creating change is not determined by their age.

Daniel, 13, recently presented an overview of his purpose behind organising a Fountain of Peace NZ- Walk With a Purpose event to raise funds, working in collaboration with his peers.

Footnote: the walk successfully generated sufficient funds for furnishing the boys bedroom of Otago House. 💥

At the recent hockey tournament, hosted by Fountain of Peace NZ, a child from the community enjoyed the games with a little dust bath. 💕

During his visit to Uganda with our NZ team, Fountain of Peace NZ board chairman 'Coach David' participated in an interview on local Ugandan television. David has played a pivotal role in introducing hockey to the Kyenjojo region, thereby paving the way for our annual schools hockey tournament.

Thank you David for your tireless efforts in harnessing the power of hockey to impact lives.

We acknowledge too the support of everyone involved in making these tournaments happen.

EXCITING NEWS!!
While our team from NZ has been in Uganda they have been blessed to welcome to the Fountain of Peace family two precious baby boys - one aged 11 days at rescue and the other aged four days.

These babies, having been rescued from heartbreaking situations, bring the number of children in our care to 98.

"Little ones, may you grow with confidence, knowing you are loved, supported and empowered to reach your full potential."

A shout out of thanks to our New Zealand team in Uganda for their tireless commitment to their project work, which culminated in numerous achievements yesterday. This included the completion of two kitchens, the successful conclusion of sewing classes, further rock conveyance at the well site, and preparations for the upcoming High Schools hockey tournament.

All these 'wish list' projects made possible by the generosity of many, and we at Fountain of Peace NZ are very grateful.
