I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately. Life’s been doing its thing and I’ve just been moving through it. No big speech about it, it is what it is
But… I’ve still been spending time in the crystal studio when it feels right. It makes me happy in here, I almost forgot.

Honestly, they’re stunning in person. Proper little statement pieces. We’ve just started getting grapes in the garden again, and it reminded me of these.

Something about that cycle, fruit coming through again, feels a bit like coming back to yourself too.

I’ve been quiet here for a while. I didn’t plan it. It just happened.
Sometimes life brings us to a point where words fail. And for me this time, silence was the only language that felt honest.

April 29th 2025, brought something into my life that I still don’t have words for.
An event so painful and disorienting that it altered the shape of my world.
Since then, I’ve been grieving.
I’ve been holding sadness like a sacred child, not trying to push it away or package it into a “lesson” too soon.

And here’s what I’ve come to understand, deeply...

Sadness is not a mistake.
It is not a spiritual failure.
It is not something to transcend or fix.
It is life, moving through me.
And life, in all its rawness, is sacred.

That’s why I’ve been quiet on this page.
Not because I’ve had nothing to say, but because I’ve been learning about what it means to be so so sad.

How it feels in my body.
How it feels in my heart 💔
How it feels to just surrender into all the tears and sorrow; all the should haves, could haves and did not...
How to feel in deep enough to recognise the presence of something bigger moving through it all.

If you're in that kind of space too, this post is really just to say:

You’re not alone.
And sadness isn’t wrong.
It’s sacred.
