Ngā Kete has been selected as the major recipient of this year’s Rotary Book Sale, marking a significant partnership between two organisations dedicated to strengthening the Southland community.

The Book Sale starts tomorrow!
Thursday, May 28: 8am to 7pm
Friday, May 29: 8am to 7pm
Saturday, May 30: 9am to 5pm

How do you keep warm when tipping out of a waka on a day like today? You do it at Splash Palace!!

What an afternoon we've had with our Rangatahi all the way through to our amazing Kaumatua 👏🏾 🤩 🙌🏾

All kaihoe completed:
- 50 metre swim
- 10 minute float with PFD
- W6 tipping drill

Massive mihi nu nui out to all our kaimahi from our Kōrari Māori Public Health Team, Whaea Shoni, Brett Marsden, Rach Whiteman and the rest of the whānau that pitched in today.

Waka Ama is such an amazing activity to participate in for young & more mature peeps, and safety is always paramount for us as kaihoe.

Ngā mihi Splash Palace, your kaimahi were super helpful, much appreciated 👏🏾
