Looking for a creative escape at the end of the week? Join our Beginner's Slow Stitching Class in Term 4, running Fridays from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.

No experience? No problem! Slow stitching is all about relaxing, slowing down, and enjoying the simple pleasure of creating with your hands. Along the way, you'll make new friends, learn new skills, and create beautiful handmade treasures for yourself or as heartfelt gifts for others.

Who says making things from rags is boring?!

The creativity flowing through our two rag rug-making workshops this term has been absolutely next level!

What started as rug-making has turned into a hub of imagination, with our talented clients creating not only stunning rugs, but also beautiful baskets, cosy cushions, and even giving old clothing a whole new lease on life. One plain grey sweater has been transformed into a stylish, one-of-a-kind top, complete with rag rug-inspired embellishments!

And then there's this photo of one of our clients, completely relaxed and absorbed in her project. Honestly, it perfectly captures the fun, friendly, and laid-back atmosphere that makes these classes so special.

The verdict is in: rag rug making is creative, social, relaxing... and quite possibly the next big trend!

Want to try something a little different? Come along and discover the relaxing, creative world of Slow Stitching. 💕

Slow stitching is a wonderful way to slow down, enjoy some quiet creative time, connect with others and turn beautiful little scraps of fabric, doilies, embroidery and other textiles into something truly special.

Have a favourite piece of fabric or an old textile that holds a special memory? Bring it back to life! We’ll show you the techniques and work alongside you, helping you develop the skills to create something beautiful from those precious pieces.
