Looking to improve your mobility and flexibility—but struggling to stay motivated? Has that New Year’s health goal started to slip?

Why not join a class that’s not only great for your body, but genuinely fun too!

Our friendly, free sessions—run in partnership with Active Southland—are a great way to get moving again in a relaxed, supportive environment. You’ll learn simple strengthening and conditioning exercises using stretch bands and yoga blocks, all designed to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident.

This is a low-impact but highly effective class, suitable for all fitness levels. Plus, it’s a great chance to meet new people and enjoy being active together.

Ready to boost your cooking skills and make your grocery budget go further?

Join our SuperSkills Cooking Classes and learn how to create delicious, nutritious meals for yourself or your family—without breaking the bank.

We still have a few spaces available in our Tuesday and Thursday classes. These hands-on sessions are completely free, and you’ll do the cooking yourself with support from a friendly mentor every step of the way.

Over the 10-week course, you’ll build confidence in the kitchen, learn new techniques (including baking), and take home a great collection of healthy, budget-friendly recipes.

Are you living with pre-diabetes or diabetes and feeling unsure about what to cook, eat, or buy? You’re not alone — and we’re here to help.

Join us for a supportive 10-week journey where you’ll learn how to cook smart, eat well, and feel more confident managing diabetes for yourself and your whānau.

In this practical, hands-on course, you will learn:

How to prepare simple, healthy, budget-friendly meals
Smart ways to reduce or replace sugar in recipes
Understanding portion sizes and balanced plates
Making better food choices at home and when eating out
Tips to support long-term health and wellbeing

Each 2-hour session includes a cooking lesson, kai to take home, and friendly group discussion in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

What’s included:

All food and resources provided
Take-home recipes and tips
Guidance aligned with New Zealand diabetes recommendations

This beautiful 10-week programme is designed especially for mums with babies aged 0–6 months. It’s a safe, supportive space where you can connect, learn, and grow alongside others on the same journey.
