Not all hero's wear capes!!!

Tomorrow is Free Comic Book Day!!

Greenlight Innovations would like to take a moment to acknowledge our sponsor, Mee & Henry Law Limited and Elizabeth Henry!!

The team at Mee & Henry have been sole sponsor for Free Comic Day for ten (WOW) years and even paid for Ice cream for an entire school one year when the comic books order was late.

Liz indicated that Mee & Henry are excited to support exposing our city to the literacy opportunities that comic books provide.

This Saturday Free Comic Book Day 2026 - 10 year edition

Free Comic Book Day this Saturday 🦸🦹📚

Dust off your superhero cape (or dress up as your favourite villain) and join us for a day of comics, costumes and fun at the Invercargill Public Library.

Greenlight Innovations has more than 1000 comics to give away this year. Everyone who comes along will get one free comic book, and you can score an extra one by dressing up or bringing a non-perishable donation for the Salvation Army Food Bank.

We can't wait to see everyone's amazing costumes and celebrate Free Comic Book Day with you. See you there!
