Over Wednesday and Thursday last week, a few of our roopu headed out and attended the He Ringa Hāpai Youth Sector Conference in Invercargill, proudly present by Te Rourou.❤️

This conference was to show the initiative around strengthening youth mental health and well being for Rangitahi in Murihiku Southland. They were lucky to have attended workshops, heard awesome talks from many inspirational & aspirational people from around New Zealand. 🇳🇿

This has definitely left us all feeling very inspired and full of idea’s!🧐💡
