🚲 NEW DATE : Join us for a fun, social adult group ride for tacos and op shopping.

On Sunday, 14 June, Bike Hobsonville & West Harbour will ride from Catalina Cafe, exploring the neighbourhood and beyond! This time, we will explore the Northwestern cycleway, stopping for tacos at Cielito Lindo Cafe & Taqueria and then op-shopping at Tipping Point.

Rides are run at a social, relaxed pace, with plenty of opportunities to practice safe biking techniques while enjoying the beauty of Hobsonville and West Harbour by bike.

🚲 The route
A 25km loop, with a mix of hills and flat stretches. We’ll ride at a slow pace, and if needed, you can walk your bike up the hills; nobody gets left behind!

We'll start at Hobsonville Point Park, stop at Catalina Community Gardens, and finish at Engine Bay Gardens to make some small flower bouquets.

We’ll ride at a relaxed pace (nobody gets left behind) with plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of Hobsonville. Along the way, we’ll share practical tips for cycling with kids and answer any questions you have about riding locally or cycling in general.

Children 6 years and older can join on their own bikes. Younger children are welcome to ride on a parent’s bike using a child seat or a trailer.

On Sunday, 3 May, Bike Hobsonville & West Harbour will ride from Catalina Cafe and Bar, exploring the neighbourhood on a mixture of bike paths and roads. We’ll stop at The Collins Cafe and Bar in Greenhithe for a treat.

Rides are run at a social, relaxed pace, with plenty of opportunities to practise safe biking techniques while enjoying the beauty of Hobsonville by bike.

☕ Before each ride
Join our coffee meet-up from 9:30am to 10:30am for a free coffee and a friendly chat. This is a great chance to ask questions and meet other locals who ride bikes.

🚲 The route
A 15km loop, mostly on flat with a hill in the middle. We’ll ride at the pace of the slowest bike; nobody gets left behind! We'll start at Catalina Cafe, ride to Greenhithe for a snack break, then loop back to Hobsonville.
