Home and School have been given the opportunity to trial a quick fundraiser before the end of term. With the short turnaround, there is no pressure to actively sell products – we wanted to offer families the chance to purchase while supporting our school.

With calving just around the corner for many local families, it may also be a handy opportunity to stock up on snacks for the busy weeks ahead, and the fruit bars are a hit for kids lunches.

If there is enough interest, we hope to run a second fundraiser later in the year with a longer ordering period.

See the attached flyer for ordering and product information

Orders due: Thursday 2nd July

Wow! What an amazing Halloween Party it was for our tamariki!
A huge thank you to Hinds Home and School for putting together such a fun-filled evening, it was full of energy, laughter, and creativity. The costumes were absolutely incredible, and the dance moves were just as impressive!

With all the dancing, running, and parading around, everyone worked up a big appetite, and what a feast it was! From sausages in bread, pizza, and hot chips to fresh fruit and biscuits, there was something for everyone to enjoy. A special thank you to Ashburton New World for generously supplying the delicious fruit, it was much appreciated.

We’re already counting down the days until the next Halloween Party; we can’t wait to see what spooky surprises await!

Check out our awesome new gazebo that home and school funded for our school events. This had its first outing at our fundraiser for a local clearing sale where we served hungry farmers some lunch. Now everyone will be able to recognize our team and school when we’re out and about at sporting events and helping with fundraisers and also providing some much needed shelter at times! 🤩
