Havelock North Fire Brigade Havelock North Volunteer Fire Brigade is 100% volunteer and has been serving the community for 100 years.

The brigade attends structural fires, car accidents, medical emergency’s forest and grass fires, animal rescues and much more.

And that's a wrap!! We are beyond greatful for the community support we had during the spaghetti run this evening. All donations collected tonight have been loaded into a vehicle and are on there way to Bellyful Hawke's Bay as we speak. A massive round of applause to "YOU HAVELOCK NORTH " we made that final push and finished Spaghetti September with a bang 💥 We enjoyed meeting every single one of you.

Dont get upsetti, donate dried spaghetti. ONE MORE DAY until our spaghetti run. Remember we have two convoys running and we are collecting dried unopened packets of spaghetti. This weekend we were honored to celebrate OS FF Ross Boniface 25 year gold medal milestone. In 1974 Ross joined the Invercargill Fire police, he then resigned in 1985 to move to North Otago where he transferred his role. In 1987 Ross and his family made an even bigger move to Auckland. Ross took a break for a while then in 2001 he rejoined with the Auckland Volunteer Brigade as Fire police. In 2007 Ross is on the move again to the Sunny Hawkes Bay where he spent time at the Napier station until his transfer in Havelock North. Along the way Ross has made amazing friends (including at the Rose and Shamrock) and has been apart of the Havelock North Fire Brigade since. Congratulations Ross and thankyou for your service 🎊 🏅

Hey Havelock North. We are doing a street collection for dried spaghetti to help our friends at Bellyful Hawkes Bay. We are doing two street runs on the same evening. If you can spare a packet of unopened, dried spaghetti pasta, we will be collecting these donations on September the 30th from 6pm. Come and wave to the team, see the big red truck with sirens and donate to an amazing organization.

A massive thankyou to our mates at Gilmours and The Breeze Hawkes Bay who chose Havelock North Fire Bridge as one of the "local Heroes". We were spoilt with lots of goodies and our chief had his five minutes of fame on the radio 📻 😆
