Today our LIFT whānau celebrated Micaela — our incredible kaimahi who graduates this weekend with her Bachelor of Counselling. A massive milestone earned with heart.

Her dedication to our rangatahi shows in every space she steps into. We’re excited for all that’s ahead and the impact she’ll continue to make.

Yesterday at LIFT we explored model of the world — understanding life through someone else’s perspective.

For many of our rangatahi, it was a real moment of revelation.
Realising everyone carries their own story.
Realising behaviour has a reason.
Realising empathy changes how you show up.

This kind of learning builds emotional intelligence, compassion and leadership — one insight at a time.

Rangatahi Spotlight ✨

Almost a year ago, this young wahine started her first job here in Napier. Since then, she’s learned new skills, grown her confidence and connected with so many people.

With the support of Greta and the awesome team she’s found a workplace that feels like whānau and a place where she can thrive.

Her journey is just getting started and she’s got big plans ahead.

This week at LIFT we’ve got a new Bounce cohort in full swing and our rangatahi are absolutely thriving.

We’re diving deep into the content, building trust, communicating openly and pushing ourselves in all the right ways. The growth we’ve seen already has been next‑level.

We soaked up the sunshine, shared plenty of laughs and embraced every moment of the journey together.

What a blessing it is to do what we do. The mahi never stops 🙌🏽
