Without a quorum the meeting cannot proceed. If you cannot attend but wish to vote on the motion, please register your vote with a committee member before the meeting.

Also, we’d love some new committee members to keep the momentum of the society moving forward so please consider nominating yourself or someone you know is interested, it’s fun and not a lot of work we promise 🙏
