Hōhepa is not-for-profit organisation, supporting people with intellectual disability to live “every life fully lived”. We do this by creating safe places to live, strong bonds to grow and work opportunities for people to achieve their full potential. We have a retail shop onsite in Clive and have recently opened a shop and community hub in Taradale. Our shops allow us to share our story through t
he produce we grow and products we make - by the people we support. We sell our freshly pasteurised biodynamic milk in returnable glass bottles, award-winning organic cheese and yoghurt, fresh produce, artisan beeswax candles, woodwork, weavery and other crafts we produce. Our Clive site is also the home of our farm and cheesery, woodwork and craft workshops, and administration office. Hōhepa Creative Works is a space where we create our weavery and candle products, and here we sell our beautiful candles, weavery and woodwork products. You will also find Hōhepa at the wonderful Black Barn Growers’ Market on Saturdays in the summer, and the Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ Market in Hastings every Sunday. Hours of opening:
Hōhepa Clive and Taradale - Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm
Hōhepa Creative Works – Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm (seasonal)
We would love you to pop by and say hi!
