Kia ora everyone,

I'm Rachel, your local Dinsdale Independent Wedding Celebrant. I specialise in low-key, simple ceremonies, and this keeps prices down for you, so you can get married and save your $ for other things.

On the 18th June the DIA is putting up all its prices for marriage licence applications, certs etc. If you are considering a quick and simple type wedding, it'd be worth going online and applying for your licence now, to save some money.

I recently married a couple up at Till's Lookout. It was awesome! Other local options (as well as your lounge or backyard!) include the Hamilton Lake, Taitua Arboretum and the river.

If you’re looking for feijoas, we’ve got plenty!

Most days we have crates full here at the Centre. If there’s none at reception, just have a wander around Elliott Park, there are nearly 100 feijoa trees, planted by our local children back in 2012.

Awesome to see them now producing and feeding our community. Help yourself!
