A huge thank you goes to the Hon Nicole McKee MP for being our guest speaker, plus Gwyn, Callum, Courtney, Alex & Ivan from New Zealand Deerstalkers Association Inc and Josh from ARB New Zealand for coming along to our social night last week. You all had a massive day at the Fieldays, yet still came along and gave our members your attention, provided key updates on everything, then showcased the incredible ute raffle! 👏🤝

Just a heads up for people who hunt the Whareorino region. DOC did an aerial drop of ‘pre-feed’ non-toxic cereal pellets today. This means that in the next 1-6 weeks the 1080 poison pellets will be sown, weather permitting.

DO NOT touch bait
WATCH children at all times
DO NOT EAT animals from this area or within the buffer zone outside the treatment boundary.
The standard buffer zone is 2 km for deer and
pigs, 200 m for rabbits, and 1 km for hares and possums
