As we have in the past, please bring a small, wrapped present for the raffle. And for afternoon tea please bring a small plate, Christmas fare if you like, to share.

MEETING: SATURDAY 11 OCTOBER 2025 - NEW VENUE

Meeting starts at 1.30pm at the YWCA - the old and historic building on the corner of Pembroke and Clarence Streets - and not the gym next door!!!

The car park entrance is from Clarence Street. There is additional parking from Pembroke Street. Committee members will be on hand to guide you to the meeting room. We will be meeting in a comfortable room with a kitchen for coffee and tea, with the usual afternoon tea arrangement, of a small plate to share, after the talk.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - HOCKIN HOUSE - 09 AUGUST 2025 - 1:30pm

Following the AGM there will be a short meeting to bring members up to date with the work already done by the committee to deaccession Hockin House. This will be followed by the usual afternoon tea, please bring a small plate to share.
