Let’s look back at Waikatos time at the National Youth Camp we went to at the start of this year! 🤩

The wet weather couldn’t stop us from having a great time, with the weather improving on Thursday, we managed to get outside safely and enjoy archery, low ropes, orienteering and a camp fire with marshmallows. We loved seeing participants from Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Wellington - making new friends and connections 🫶 🏕️

With Christmas just around the corner, we’re taking a look back at Term 4! 🎄

It’s been an awesome one, filled with laughter, adventures, and even some sunshine! From our Coastal Quest getaway to black water rafting, what a term it’s been!

We’re stoked to share our Term 1 / Summer lineup, packed with fresh new programmes like Girls Club Galentines Urban, Skywalk, Doughboat Adventures, Shamrock Party, and our classic bowling!

Plus, we’re excited to introduce new IHC-funded programmes coming to the Waikato 👀

We’ve wrapped up an amazing two weeks of our September + October Holiday Programmes! We explored Butterfly Creek and the Tip Top Factory, got creative with pottery and jewellery making, enjoyed a scenic steamboat tour, sang our hearts out at karaoke, and got to go behind the scenes in our new programmes at Eden Park and Chelsea Sugar Factory 🍭🌟

Spring is in the air, and Term 4 is packed with fun, adventure and festivities!🌸🎉

From jet boats and jade carving in Term 3 to karaoke and Christmas parties in Term 4, we’re ending 2025 on a high in the Waikato!

Reminder that on Saturday 9th August at 10am our Term 4 programmes will go live on our website www.recreate.org.nz.

Booking requests will open at the same time and we can’t wait for you to see what we’ve planned to wrap up the year!
