The Manu Competition Video has been released. Congratulations to all of you who participated, thank you to those who volunteered their time, and Ebony for co-ordinating the event.
A huge thank you to those who participated and/or purchased food at the event, this all went to AFSG's fundraising for KTP.

Habitat for Humanity Northern have generously donated some Cotton Flannelette Single Sheet Sets, we have 11 sets available. If you need a set, please pop into our Tryphena Office or call us and we can get a set to our Community Worker Office in Claris.

Kia ora koutou!

Our taiohi (adolescents) registered into the Kaiārahi Taiohi Programme - KTP (previously Kaiārahi Rangatahi Programme - KRP) have been busy fundraising for their off-island haerenga (journey) at the end of the year. So far, through their efforts, they have raised $1400 from several sausage sizzles including the Manu Comp (thanks to Ebony for organising this year!). This is an amazing effort, and a huge thanks to all who have supported the sausage sizzles in the North and at Claris ❤️ A huge thanks to Tū Mai Taonga for the use of their BBQ!

We have an ambitious goal to fundraise for our taiohi, and provide them with opportunities to experience life off island! We currently have an Easter Raffle running, that will be drawn on Good Friday - there are only 200 tickets @ $5 a ticket - we acknowledge, and are so thankful for our donations, from our amazing businesses on Aotea! If you would like a ticket, please contact Teresa Petty by email ([email protected]).

Our taiohi have just started to make keyrings to sell as part of their fundraising efforts (see pic) - their creativity is amazing, and I’d like to acknowledge our wonderful Helena O’Shea in guiding this space! These key rings will be available for sale at every fundraising event. With that said, watch this space for our fundraising dinners, including a ‘kfc’ night, Mexican night, Italian night and hearty winter warmer night.
