The inaugural Tauawhi Pie Making Classic took place today, where our kaimahi were invited to bring along their offering for the whanau to enjoy and our special guest Judge Michaela to assess for quality. For the record, the winning entry was a Chicken and Leek creation from Siaosi, followed closely by Cherith’s Pumpkin Pie and Guy’s stylishly decorated Venison Surprise - all others were highly recommended and enjoyed by the team - might be something to add to our offerings alongside the mahi!

We’re kicking off Pāpā Ora with an evening of kōrero to co-design what this kaupapa could become. No speeches. No pressure. Just good people, good whakaaro and a shared commitment to creating stronger connections for our tāne and their tamariki.
