Due to the ground conditions at the Maclaurin Farm and forecast rain we have had to make the call to postpone our final Gizzy Rogaine event of the series.

We are super gutted as this is an epic course!

We will make a decision on a new date and potential location in the next few weeks.

Join us on Sunday 5th July at Maclaurin Farm, Hexton for the final Gizzy Rogaine of the season!

⏰ Registration: 9:00am
🗺️ Course opens: 9:30am
💲 $5 per person

A fantastic rural location, great course setting, and fun for all ages. Grab your walking shoes, your mates, and your sense of adventure!

🧭 Rogaine Series Update! 🥾

After two events, it’s incredibly tight at the top of the leaderboard!

🥇 K9-less Unit – 3150 points
🥈 Flamming Kitties – 3150 points
🥉 Team Pickle – 3100 points

With just one event remaining, it’s all to play for. The final event is on Sunday 7 July, and the overall series title is still up for grabs!

What a day! 🥾🧭

Over 100 intrepid rogainers took on today’s Wainui course. The weather certainly kept things interesting, with a strong southerly arriving while teams were out on the course. 💨 🧭 🗺️

Despite the change, there were still plenty of smiles at the finish line.

Thanks everyone for coming along and making it another great Gizzy Rogaine event!

Get ready for another cracker event this Sunday 7 June, based from the Wainui Surf Club!

We’ve been out checking the course and it’s shaping up to be a goodie - great views, lots of route options, a few surprises, and some fun checkpoints to find along the way.

Whether you’re chasing points or introducing friends and whānau to rogaining, there’s something for everyone.

🌧️ Mud, scrapes, smiles… and an awesome morning out at Fox Street!

13 teams turned up in the drizzly weather this morning to kick off the 2026 TAT Gizzy Rogaine Winter Series — including plenty of first timers giving it a go.

Most teams managed to collect nearly all the flags, while only a few escaped without getting seriously muddy! 😅

Huge smiles all round and heeeeaps of fun had by everyone. Awesome effort from all the teams who braved the conditions and got stuck in. 💪

Next stop: Wainui Beach — Sunday 7 June.
