📣Mark your calendars 📆
The UFBA AGM & Conference Hui 2026 will be at the new NZ International Convention Centre (NZICC) in Auckland on 23 - 25 October.

It's been nine years since we held our hui in Auckland, so we're excited to be heading back up north and being hosted at this stunning new venue in the CBD.

📆Registrations open 23 June - so now is a good time to have a discussion with your brigade about who your delegate and additional delegates might be. We are currently preparing the programme and look forward to releasing it when registrations open 🙌

We also know this is Labour weekend (it's the only availability NZICC had)... but delegates might want to consider extending their stay and making a long-weekend out of exploring Tāmaki Makaurau ☺️

The East Coast Provincial would like to acknowledge this legend.

Tony Dench aka Denchy from Havelock North Volunteer Fire Brigade and Manutūkē Volunteer Fire Brigade at the age of 71 years young, completed the North Island Firefighter Challenge course in 4:02.84 mins. He also happens to be one of our officials on the course and is always happy to give a few tips to all. A true inspiration.
Congratulations from us all on another fantastic run.
