There are moments when God calls us to step away from the noise and simply be with Him.

Eastgate Unplugged is a weekend set aside to make space for God through unity, surrender, prayer and worship.

We stand with the families who have lost loved ones and the Jewish community during their festival of Hanukkah. An eight-day Jewish festival known as the "Festival of Lights." It celebrates the victory of a small group of Jewish rebels (the Maccabees) over a much larger foreign army and the miraculous rededication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem in the 2nd century BCE. The central ritual is the lighting of a special candelabrum called a menorah (or hanukkiah), adding one candle each night.

Can we take a moment and light a candle and pray for these families over the next 7 nights when you can please.

Just a heads up — Hāpai is not on next Friday. We run every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month.

✨ Next Hāpai Night: Friday 14th November
🍹 We’ll be creating healthy juices and back in the kitchen with Charity, making a kai for the community.

Nau mai, haramai — tamariki to pakeke — come along, hang out, and connect with your community while learning something new.

🌿 Our planting session went amazing last time!
We’re already looking forward to hosting another one next year. Everyone who came along got to take home a salad starter, and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. 💚
