We're so proud of our Te Atamira resident, Erica Hastie, for being selected for the Royal Edinburgh Tattoo. This is a huge achievement and a chance for Erica to take the music she loves to an international audience.
Erica is a passionate musician and performer who has spent years sharing her love of music throughout our community. She performs at weddings, as a solo artist, at ceilidhs, and as part of Ceol, a traditional Irish and Scottish music band.
Alongside performing, Erica has dedicated herself to teaching, providing violin lessons and running music classes for toddlers and children for many years. She is passionate about keeping Scottish music alive in New Zealand and is always looking for ways to share her skills, support others, and give back to the community. We are helping to support Erica to get to Edinburgh, and you can too!
As part of Erica's fundraising, she is holding a ceilidh dance evening at Te Atamira, next Saturday June 27th at 6pm - https://events.humanitix.com/get-erica-to-edinburgh
with a silent auction and raffle hosted through 32 Auctions - https://linktr.ee/music_with_erica?utm_source=linktree_profile_share<sid=497f8c0d-0362-4669-8e6e-18c21310c801
