A New Year Begins with a New Kiswah. 🕋

Every year on the 1st of Muharram, the blessed Ka'bah is adorned with a new Kiswah — the beautiful black cloth embroidered with verses from the Qur'an in gold and silver thread.

The changing of the Kiswah is a powerful reminder that while years pass and generations come and go, the House of Allah remains a symbol of Tawheed, worship, and unity for Muslims around the world.

As we enter a new Islamic year, may Allah ﷻ renew our faith, purify our hearts, and keep us steadfast upon His guidance.

"And whoever honours the symbols of Allah, indeed it is from the piety of hearts."

Every sin begins with a step.

A glance. A click. A conversation. A moment we tell ourselves is harmless.

Yet the believer remembers that Allah sees what is hidden and what is public. True honour is not found in following desires, but in walking away from what displeases Him, even when no one else is watching.

The strongest people are not those who never face temptation. They are those who choose Allah over temptation.

May Allah protect our hearts, lower our gaze, forgive our shortcomings, and keep us firm upon what is pleasing to Him.

Sometimes Allah's help arrives when we feel there is no way forward.

When the heart is tired, the prayers feel unanswered, and hope begins to fade, remember this verse. Allah sends rain after people have given up hope, reminding us that His mercy is never late.

Your difficult season is not your final chapter. Keep making du'a. Keep trusting. Keep moving forward.

The One who sends rain to a dry land can bring relief to a burdened heart.

Trust Allah's timing. The rain always comes. 🌧️🤍
