Waikouaiti / Palmerston Toy Library The Waikouaiti / Palmerston Toy Library provides rental toys for public members. We have toys and games to entertain children from birth to around age 7.

Located at the old Waikouaiti racecourse, Clackmannan St Waikouaiti. Regular opening hours:
Saturdays 10.30am to 12pm
