Grief has a way of making everything feel overwhelming.
It can feel as if the world is moving faster than ever, and you’re just trying to catch your breath. The hustle and bustle around you, the expectations, the noise—it all becomes too much.
In these moments, it’s okay to wish for everything to pause, just so you can find a moment of peace.
You might feel like screaming for the world to slow down, to let you process your pain, to let you simply be.
It’s normal to feel this way, to crave a quiet space where you can gather your thoughts and let your heart heal.
When you feel this way, take a moment for yourself.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and permit yourself to feel everything. You don’t have to keep up with the world right now. Your journey is unique, and it’s okay to move at your own pace.
Remember, it’s okay to rest. It’s okay to take time for yourself. It’s okay to feel everything deeply and to honour your emotions.
Grief is not a race; it’s a journey, and it’s perfectly fine to need breaks along the way.
You deserve that time to breathe, to find your centre, and to allow your heart to start mending.
Be gentle with yourself, and know that it’s okay to ask for the world to slow down so you can heal. 💜✨
