The downtown Christmas Tree was particularly vibrant as a group of WS residents popped over to view it by ferry, after an amazing quick service dinner at Manuka. Thanks to Glynne Cockerton for organising.

Duder did their annual toy collection for De Paul house, and 10 boxes of toys, books and games were received with thanks. A good effort for everyone.

We’d love residents to become part of the Devonport Community, by joining in the Devonport Santa Parade on Sunday 7th December. Bubble wands are being provided (which were a hit last year with the audience), the little Ryman car is being decorated. Put your name down on the expressions of interest form, so we can get an idea of numbers.

The Patuone luxury raffle was drawn by Hato Hone St John’s staff today. The winners were 1st Liz McMaster, 2nd Matt Pound, 3rd Kim Hamilton. Thanks to these wonderful organisers and ticket sellers for their hard work. I hear over $5,500 was raised. What an effort.
Bottom right - Karen Gouldthorpe the co-ordinator of the raffle at the draw with St Johns staff.
