Earlier this week, Friends of Women’s Refuges Trust presented with a record breaking $400,000 donation from the proceeds of the NZ Sculpture OnShore 2025 exhibition.

This donation will continue to support women and children fleeing situations of domestic violence and abuse, including the provision of crisis accommodation, essential personal care items, and counselling and advocacy support.

Thank you to everyone who helped to make this all possible - we couldn't do it without our sponsors, patrons, volunteers and visitors. Thank you!

And a huge thank you to Grae Burton and for hosting the evening.
And to for the amazing photos!

Last night we were able to present Women's Refuge New Zealand with a record breaking $400,000 donation from the proceeds of NZ Sculpture OnShore 2025.

The event was a huge success with strong art sales and record visitor numbers - the biggest turnout in its 29-year history. We thank everyone involved in the exhibition and to our wonderful visitors who made this all possible!

The donation to Women’s Refuge NZ will continue to support women and children fleeing situations of domestic violence and abuse, including the provision of crisis accommodation, essential personal care items, and counselling and advocacy support.

Over the past two weeks many of our visitors have enjoyed taking a seat on the handcrafted, recycled wooden benches located around the site...but now they have to go. Last day of the exhibition is this Sunday.

We are offering a 20% discount on all wooden benches sold, so come along and take away a beautiful seat for your garden.
All profits from the sale of these benches will be donated to Women's Refuge NZ.
