Set your organisation up for success with a clear plan for the future.

Join huddl for a workshop to introduce the fundamentals of strategic planning and learn how to turn ideas into clear direction and action. In this session, we’ll cover:

* What a strategic plan is and why it matters.
* How to identify your purpose, vision, and values.
* Setting strategic priorities and measurable goals.
* How to translate those goals into an action plan.

Workshop Details:

Wānaka: Tuesday 26 May | 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm | Wānaka Community Hub
Queenstown: Thursday 4 June | 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm | Salvation Army Queenstown.
